 Joel Jackson – Owner

Founder of Racefab, Inc.  Designer of Racefab’s cars and Manages the fabrication and development for Racefab.  Joel is also a Member of Society of Automotive Engineers, with 30 Years of Experience and Related Academic Training. Prior to founding Racefab, Joel was a part of a 12-person team at Chrysler/Shelby California Development Center. Designing and building automobiles required a high level of practical engineering; Joel was quickly identified as an uncommon talent. Working in Chrysler’s advance development team Joel gained a reputation for finding solutions in chassis and suspension design.  Many of the concepts which that team turned into reality are still in production today.  Joel has experience in many fields of motorsports and automotive development, serving as designer, crew chief and project manager.

Martha Jackson – Owner

Founder of Racefab Inc. President and Manages the day-to-day business of Racefab. Martha is personally involved in each aspect of the business office at Racefab. Marty has 25 years of competition automobile experience with an academic background in business management. Along with Marty’s achievements at Racefab, Marty also competes in the “International Show Car Association” (I.S.C.A.) and won 1st place at the 39th annual Houston Autorama Car Show.

Jason Jackson – Styling-Art-Design

Manages Racefab’s exterior automobile design. Bachelor of fine arts from Stephen F. Austin State University. Jason’s art and design

talents create some exciting and aerodynamic exteriors for Racefab’s automobiles. Dean’s list student and recipient of the prestigious President’s Award for academic excellence from United States President, Bill Clinton.   Jason is also an accomplished sculptor and painter with his work on display in galleries and university campuses.  Jason’s first private showing in scheduled for December of 2004.

Jefferson Jackson – Engineering/Physics

Provides engineering support and manages technical data. Jefferson earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in physics and mathematics and is continuing his formal education working towards his master’s degree in Physics, Engineering and Mathematics from Stephen F. Austin State University. Jefferson’s formal education in physics, mathematics and engineering has contributed immensely to refining Racefab’s chassis and suspensions. Using finite element analysis, computer aided design and suspension dynamic analysis to increase the level of Racefab’s automobile’s performance. Jefferson, a graduate of Rusk High School was the first student to be awarded a letterman jacket for academics. Jefferson minors in astronomy and has aided in the Astronomy work at the largest telescope in the central time zone in Nacogdoches, Texas.  Jefferson was awarded an academic achievement scholarship for his works in physics.
