
TERMS:
All in stock items will be shipped COD cash or money order only: or by credit
card payment. International sales are pre-payable in US funds
via international money order or wire transfer.
CUSTOM ORDERS MUST BE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE.
CHASSIS ORDERS: 1/2 down; balance due upon completion of chassis
ROLLING CHASSIS: 1/3rd down; 2nd 1/3rd due in 4 weeks; final 1/3rd due
upon completion of each item; usually 6 to 8 weeks
after start date
COMPLETE ASSEMBLED CAR: 1/3rd down; 2nd 1/3 due in 6 weeks; final
1/3due upon completion of each item
PRICING AND SHIPPING:
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. All items are FOB Rusk,
Texas. Shipping is extra. Freight insurance is free up to $100.00 value, and
35
cents per $100.00 beyond that amount (we ship everything insured for it's full
value).
SPECIAL ORDERS/CUSTOM
ORDERS:
As shown, we tailor certain components to order. However, these items require
a commitment of time for custom fabricating and custom tooling. These items
require prepayment.
CANCELLATION & RETURN
POLICY:
Due to the nature of custom parts and accessories, all sales are final. Deposits
applied to jobs are non-refundable and parts are non-returnable.
WARRANTY:
Racefab does not warranty or guarantee race car components for the following
reasons, among others.
1)The conditions of end use are normally hazardous & unpredictable, and are
entirely beyond
our control
2)The decision as to the suitability of said components for a particular manner of
use, or in a
particular installation is made by the user and is likewise
beyond our control.
Liability of Racefab is
therefor limited to the replacement or repair, at our option,
of any of our products that we find, upon our inspection, to be defective in
materials or workmanship, specifically excluding items damaged as result of
collision, misuse, or neglect.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS:
Returned merchandise must be upon Racefab's approval. Returned merchandise
must be unused, unmarked, and not over 30 days old. We will make adjustment via
exchange or credit on account only. We will not accept returns of special
orders/custom orders. Customer-altered parts, modified parts, can be returned for
repair or replacement at customers expense only. Enclose your daytime phone# inside
the carton so we may contact you with a repair estimate. Repaired items will be
returned COD, freight collect.
